About Us

Clare Carpenter

Clare holds a degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She has been involved in the fitness industry over 10 years.

As a CPT, Clare has experience working with a wide variety of people. She has trained athletes from high school through the professional ranks. She began a Cancer Wellness Program in 2004 and worked with people in all stages of cancer recovery. She has run youth fitness programs and is certified to work with active older adults.

Clare enjoys working with group personal training because people get great results. She believes that the group pt classes are successful for several reasons. “ The participants encourage and motivate each other. They are accountable to the group to show up and participate. There is a camaraderie that grows among the group. Performance Results GPT includes strength, cardio, flexibility and agility. The workouts are tough but fun. People get the results that they want.”
